I’m sorry, but I discontinued providing Aptana .deb packages for Ubuntu. The original idea of this package was to ease up the installation process on this plattform when Aptana was on alpha and beta stages, but since the Aptana team released the M1 version the installation process in Ubuntu is fairly simple: Just uncompress it and run it.

Hi thanks for this, I really love using aptana for code editing and I am having troubles how to start it in linux.
today i come to know, somebody also developed the deb package for the previous versions of aptana.
It’s a shame because if I just download and uncompress to install, the Ubuntu Unity’s zeitgeist search doesn’t see it.
